THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.23181 of 2018 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the material on record. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner herein submitted representations on 11.06.2018 and 18.06.2018, to the respondent Nos.2 and 3 but no action has been taken so far.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representations are pending consideration, as on today, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken by the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to verify the representations, dated 11.06.2018 and 18.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
