THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.12735 and 12792 of 2012 COMMON ORDER:

These two Writ Petitions are filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in releasing and paying the balance amounts for the completed work of construction of administrative block and for the completed work of Sub-work providing EI to newly constructed administrative block at ITI(G) Karvetinagaram Village and Mandal in Chittoor District. When these Writ Petitions came up for consideration, learned Government Pleader submits that in respect of the work relating to W.P.No.12735 of 2012, an amount of Rs.2,76,733/- was released on 27.03.2015 to the petitioner therein, whereas in respect of the work relating to W.P.No.12792 of 2012 is concerned, an amount of Rs.13,67,918/- was released on 23.02.2013. He further submits that the entire balance amount was paid to the petitioners and nothing is due from the respondents.

In the circumstances, recording the aforesaid submission, these two Writ Petitions are closed. However, if the petitioners are still aggrieved, it is open to them to submit a representation and take recourse according to law. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
