O R D E R

The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Krishna District at Machilipatnam, in not taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.12.2017 made against the 4th respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Chilakalapudi Police Station, Krishna District, dated 6.7.2018, stating that based on the complaint of the petitioner, Cr.No.65/2017 was registered on the file of Roberstson Police Station, against 4th respondent, under Sections 498-A, 506, 509, 324 read with 34 IPC and after completion of investigation, filed charge sheet and case is numbered as C.C.No.357 of 2017, and trial is pending. It is further stated that petitioner again filed another complaint against 4th respondent and the same is registered as Cr.No.104/2017 on the file of Chilakalupudi Police Station under Sections 341, 506 and 290 IPC, and investigation is completed, final report will be filed within a period of three months.

Recording the above statement of the 3rd respondent, writ petition is disposed of.
