ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned government pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioner's grievance is that his revision petition bearing Rc.No.D4/3354/1998 is stated to be pending since 27.04.1998 before the second respondent. Petitioner figures as the first respondent therein. The said revision is stated to have been filed by Bavanasappa and Kondappa. However, the said parties are not impleaded as parties to this writ petition.

3. Learned government pleader submits, on instructions, that the said revision petition is already posted for hearing on 28.11.2015.

4. In view of that, therefore, it is appropriate to direct the second respondent to hear the parties on the date so fixed or on the next date of hearing, if the hearing is not complete, after notice to the affected parties and dispose of the said revision petition expeditiously preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the application, in accordance with law.
