HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.40142 of 2016 ORDER:

The present writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in not considering the representation, dated 06.10.2016, submitted by the petitioner, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard and perused the material available on record. The grievance of the petitioner is that it submitted a representation on 06.10.2016, before the Telangana State Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation, DM & HS office, Sultan Bazaar, Hyderabad - 3rd respondent, clarifying the remarks with regard to tender notice, dated 02.08.2016, but the 3rd respondent has not taken any action on the same.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the representation, dated 06.10.2016, submitted by the petitioner, and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
