Heard.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the seizure of his unit under panchanama, dated 19.10.2015, by the Tahsildar, Sadasivpet Mandal, Medak District, the 4th respondent. The said action is questioned primarily on the ground that it was without notice and without conducting any enquiry and the petitioner also states that he has got all the necessary permissions and sanctions including from the District Industries Centre and the Gram Panchayat etc. On 12.11.2015, when this Writ Petition came up, learned Government Pleader for Revenue was required to get instructions. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner was already given show cause notices, dated 20.11.2015 and 04.12.2015, to submit explanation along with the documents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have already submitted appropriate explanation to both the notices on 24.11.2015 and 09.12.2015, respectively, and since the petitioner's unit is seized, he seeks early consideration of his explanation. It is evident from the above that the petitioner's unit was seized on 19.10.2015. Since the petitioner has submitted his explanation to both the notices, dated 20.11.2015 and 04.12.2015, it is appropriate to direct the 4th respondent to examine the explanations submitted by the petitioner in the light of the records available and then take appropriate decision in the matter as early as possible without further loss of time and preferably within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of

this order.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
