THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.2469, 2474 and 2475 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned counsel for respondents. The petitioner in all the three Civil Revision Petitions is common and hence they are being disposed of by this common order.

2. The petitioner is plaintiff in O.S.No.28 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional District Judge, Kurnool (for short, trial Court) which she filed for permanent injunction. She also filed O.S.No.13 of 2012 before the trial Court for partition for her half share. She is defendant No.25 in O.S.No.10 of 2008 pending before the trial Court, which was filed by first respondent in CRP.No.2474 of 2014. The petitioner herein was examined as P.W.1 in O.S.Nos.28 of 2008 and 13 of 2008 and as D.W.2 in O.S.No.10 of 2008. In the said suits, the petitioner herein filed I.A.Nos.86, 87 and 88 of 2014 in O.S.Nos.10 of 2008, 13 of 2012 and 28 of 2008 respectively to recall her for examination and receive certain documents. Along with the applications, the list of documents was not filed. The trial Court considered the said applications and dismissed the same on the ground of non-filing of list of documents.

I have carefully perused the plaint filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.13 of 2012 and there is no relevancy for the present documents sought to be filed, as could be seen from the averments made in the plaint. On that ground also, the applications filed by the petitioner are liable to be dismissed. In the above circumstances, I am not inclined to entertain the present Civil Revision Petitions.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in all the Civil Revision Petitions shall stand closed.
