On 01-10-2015, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner either in the morning session or in the afternoon sessions and as such the matter was directed to be listed on 06-102015 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption "for Dismissal". It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter and as such this Court is left with no other option except to dismiss the writ petition for non-prosecution.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
