Mohd Mahmood Ali Khan v. The State Of Telangana,
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.14981 of 2016 ORDER:
In this writ petition, the petitioner is questioning the action of the respondents 2 & 3 in not granting police protection in favour of the petitioner against the respondents 4 to 6 to implement the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.1195 of 2006 dated 27.11.2007 on the file of VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad as arbitrary and illegal. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner confined his arguments to the extent of giving a direction to the respondents 2 & 3 to consider the representation to be filed by the petitioner for grant of police protection in respect of the suit schedule property in O.S.No.1195 of 2006 on the file of VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
Considering the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the various allegations made in the writ petition, the respondents 2 & 3 are hereby directed to consider the representation that may be filed by the petitioner seeking police protection and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 05.12.2016.
