O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondent 2 and 3 in not taking any action by conducting the Joint Tippon survey of the Wakf land in Sy.No.81 to an extent of Ac.3.28 guntas situated at Gandamguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as per the letter dated 06.09.2016 and fixing the boundaries for protecting the Wakf properties in collusion with the respondent No.7, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the subject matter of the writ petition pertains to Public Interest Litigation (PIL).

A perusal of the writ affidavit goes to show that writ petition is in the nature of public interest litigation and the petitioner has not substantiated what is his locus standi in filing the writ petition. Hence the writ petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
