When the matter was called on 07.04.2015, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 13.04.2015 i.e., today. Today, when the matter was called in the pre-lunch session, there was no appearance for the petitioner, as such, the matter was passed over. Even in the post-lunch session, when the matter is called now none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner herein is not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand closed. No order as to costs.
