THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 880 of 2015 Order: (per Sri Sanjay Kumar,J) The grievance sought to be canvassed by way of this Writ Petition was the subject matter of the representations dated 06.09.2014 and 29.09.2014 submitted by the petitioners to the learned District Judge, West Godavari District, the fifth respondent. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the said representations are still awaiting consideration. In that view of the matter, without venturing into the merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fifth respondent to pass appropriate reasoned orders upon the representations dated 06.09.2014 and 29.09.2014 submitted by the petitioners. This exercise shall be completed expeditiously and, in any event, not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
