- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.23006 OF 2018 ORDER :

A tender notification was issued on 15.05.2018 inviting sealed tenders for carrying out outsourced works engaged through the contractor for providing skilled and un-skilled workers.

In pursuant to the said notification, the bid offered by the 4th respondent was treated as responsive. Alleging that the said action is illegal on the ground that the 4th respondent did not furnish bid security as prescribed in the tender notification, this writ petition is filed.

This Court by order dated 06.07.2018 granted interim stay, as prayed for.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing counsel informs the Court that the respondents have taken decision to cancel the tender notification and go for fresh tenders. 5.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is allowed. However, liberty is granted to the respondents to initiate fresh tender process and take further course of action. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
