When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that considering that there is an effective alternative remedy under Clause 24 of the PSU Oil Marketing Company's Manual, this Court disposed of W.P.No.14534 of 2019 vide orders dated 16.07.2019.

Accordingly, for the reasons stated in W.P.No.14534 of 2019, this writ petition is also disposed of with the following direction: " These are all questions of fact w hich can be gone into by the Grievance Redressal System and the petitioner can raise all his objections before the Grievance Redressal System and on such objections being filed, the competent authority is directed to consider all his objections in terms of the regulations and take a decision. Till such time, no LOI shall be granted to the third parties, if no LOI is granted as on date."

No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall also stand closed.
