This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the Order Dt.06.03.2013 in I.A.No.73 of 2013 in O.S.No.94 of 2012 passed by I Additional District at Khammam, whereby the Court allowed the petition filed under Order 9 Rule 7 r/ w Section 151 CPC to set aside the ex parte Order dt.29.01.2013 permitting the petitioners/ defendants No.6 to 11 to contest the suit O.S.No.94 of 2012.

During pendency of the present revision, the suit itself was disposed of on 10.10.2014 by I Additional District Judge, Khammam, as no stay was granted by this Court. Since the purpose as sought for by the petitioners is already served, there is no need to pass further orders in this Revision. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this case, shall stand closed.
