HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.26272 OF 2019 ORDER:
The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of the 3rd respondent in registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner 10.09.2019, as illegal, arbitrary and against principles of natural justice and violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 13.12.2019, submits that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent made a G.D. entry and upon enquiry, a case was registered in Crime No.488 of 2019 under Sections 420 and 506 IPC of Musheerabad police station on 10.12.2019.
Having regard to the said submission made, since the grievance of the petitioner in the Writ Petition stands redressed, no further orders need be passed in the Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
