HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.23038 of 2018 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that K.Praveen Kumar, who is the 5th respondent, lodged a complaint against him on 23-06-2018 with the police stating that he has not paid the rents regularly and sought their help in vacating the petitioner from the subject premises. It is also stated that the 3rd respondent-Inspector of Police interfering in the said issue and threatening the petitioner and his children to vacate the subject premises. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on written instructions submits that after receiving the said complaint, the respondent-police made GD entry on 23-06-2018 and advised the 5th respondent to settle the matter before the competent Court, as the matter is civil in nature. The respondentpolice never threatened the petitioner and his family members for vacating the subject premises.

Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
