HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.22898 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking direction to respondent No.3 to proceed lawfully, if any information is lodged by respondents 4 and 5 against the petitioner and not to call him or his family members without any reason. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that Cr.No.625 of 2018 was registered against the petitioner under Section 420 IPC on 03-07-2018 at Jawaharnagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate and the police took-up investigation and notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was served on the petitioner. It is also stated that respondent No.3 never threatened the petitioner. Since already crime is registered and notice under Section 41-A Cr.P.C. was already served, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
