Heard the learned counsel for revision petitioner and perused the record.

As seen from the record, this Court is not the appropriate forum to agitate any right and entitlement over the suit schedule property of the revision petitioner, who is a third party to the judgment and decree, dated 24.03.2005 passed in O.S.No.571 of 1997 by the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy district at L.B.Nagar. 3.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
