ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"to issue an order or orders, more particularly one in the Nature of Writ of Mandamus calling for the records of the 2nd respondent pertaining to Proc.Rc.No.J2/3024/95-9,
dated 10-5-2002 and Proc.Rc.No.J2/3024/95, dated 23-6-2003 and set aside the same as illegal and also the Judgment of the A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No.5921/2003 (O.A.No.5920/2003 and batch) dated 28-22005." At the hearing, Mr. Pratap Narayan Sanghi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.
In view of the same, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 15.3.2015, in WPMP.No.6846 of 2005 is vacated and WPMP.Nos.6846 of 2005 and 29461 of 2006 filed by the petitioner are dismissed as infructuous.
