HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.865 OF 2012 ORDER:

This criminal revision case is filed by the petitioner/respondent against the order dated 07.05.2012 in Crl.M.P.No.125 of 2012 in M.C.No.302 of 2011 on the file of Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge for Trial of JHCBBC - cum- Additional Family Court - cum- XXIII Additional Chief Judge, Hyderabad, where under the learned judge ordered interim maintenance in favour of respondents/petitioners. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for respondents would submit that the main M.C. itself was disposed of and therefore, this criminal revision case, which is filed against the interim order, has become infructuous. This Court secured the e-court information relating to Metropolitan Sessions Judge Courts, Nampally, which shows that M.C.No.302 of 2011 was disposed of by the trial court on 12.11.2013.
