Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the interim order dated 12.02.2009, passed by this Court the tender submitted by the petitioner was accepted, but the same was rejected as the petitioner failed to furnish required information and documents to the respondents.

In view of the above, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
