THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE NO.1353 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the order, dated 09.03.2012 in Crl.M.P.No.338 of 2012 in S.C.No.93/S/2008 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-IV Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Guntur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the revision case with a liberty to avail the remedies available to them under law. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
