ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, declaring the proceedings of the 1st respondent issued vide CC No.

145/2011/CSR/5 dated 24.11.2011 to dispose of the stocks seized from the petitioner's outlet pending 6-A proceedings as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction and consequently, to direct the respondents to drop all proceedings against the petitioner in the light of the analysis report and release the seized stocks to her." At the hearing, Ms J.K.Anitha, learned counsel representing Sri B.Devanand, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as

infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 29.11.2011, in WPMP.No.38953 of 2011 is vacated and WPMP.No.38953 of 2011 is dismissed as infructuous.
