Heard.

In continuation of common order dated 18.06.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.P.Nos.740, 745 and 749 of 2015 respectively of Crime Nos.224, 225 and 226 of 2015 of II Town Police Station, Nandyal, Kurnool District for respective offences triable by Court of Sessions, needless to say it appears from the record that there is another crime pending i.e., crime No.132 of 2015 on the file of III Town Police Station, Nandyal, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 188, 506 IPC and Section 3 (i) (x) of SC/ST POA Act, as it is the submission of the petitioner that earlier he was permitted by this Court to leave the country for 30 days (from 01.07.2015 to 31.07.2015) and others having been arrested in Crime No.132 of 2015.

He could not avail the concession till last week of July, 2015 and availed only one week for return and appear to deposit back the passport before the trial Court on 03.08.2015. Thereby, the petitioner filed Crl.P.Nos.9067, 9068, 9069 and 9072 of 2015 seeking permission of this Court to attend before the passport authorities at Uganda and China. Hence, this Court, vide order dated 10.09.2015 permitted the petitioner to go abroad for a period of three weeks on executing a bond for Rs.4,00,000/- and to re-deposit the passport before the learned Magistrate after returning. But he did not go abroad, as the business meeting was postponed. Now, he is required to go to Uganda. Therefore, the present petitions are filed seeking permission of this Court to avail the concession to attend before the passport authorities at Uganda and China.

to execution of a bond for Rs.4,00,000/- (Rupees four lakhs only) instead of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) and to re-deposit the passport before the learned Magistrate after returning and submit by four weeks time between 01.07.2016 and 31.07.2016. In the meantime, report before the learned Magistrate on 01.08.2016 and deposit the passport failing which, the bond for Rs.4,00,000/- being forfeited under Section 53 IPC as if fine to recover by invoking Section 421 Cr.P.C.
