A memo is filed on behalf of the petitioner stating that challenging the decree in O.S.No.57 of 2006, A.S.No.615 of 2010 was filed and in the said appeal, this Court granted conditional interim stay in A.S.M.P.No.1761 of 2010. In view of the same, the petitioner does not intend to prosecute the Civil Revision Petition. 2.
