Sri V. Ravinder Rao, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner states that this writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not considering the past service rendered by the petitioner from 15‐02‐2000 to 30‐10‐2012, as active service with the 2nd respondent‐Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University and also not considering her service rendered as Veterinary Asst. Surgeon with the 4th respondent‐Animal Husbandry Department for fixation of pay scales pursuant to her absorption into the 2nd respondent‐University, and her post designated as Asst. Professor. Learned senior counsel also submits that though the petitioner made the representations, in that behalf, to rectify the anomaly, no orders have been passed by respondents 2 and 3. Hence, this writ petition.
Heard Sri Y.V. Ravi Prasad, learned standing counsel for respondents 2 and 3 and learned Government Pleader for Animal Husbandry. Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner is only with regard to disposal of the representation made by her to rectify certain anomaly in reckoning the past service rendered by her in the 2nd respondent‐Sri Venkateswara Veterinary University and 4th respondent‐Department and the same is pending before respondents 2 and 3, as such respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the said representation made in that behalf and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ
