Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Transport. When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the third respondent, with necessary application, under Section 207 (2) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, and the same may be directed to be considered by the third respondent.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make an appropriate application, under the above said provision of law, for consideration of the third respondent in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
