THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.18239 of 2003 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is informed by the parties that the respondent workman was expired during the pendency of this writ petition and in the absence of respondent workman, this writ petition cannot be adjudicated on merits because the Labour Court had passed orders in favour of respondent workman.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
