No. 11O112011-H dt. 25.05.2011, to manage the affairs of the Respondent No.3 Society, as illegal, arbitrary, malafide, capricious, without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondent No.2 not to take any coercive action against the petitioner in the capacity of person in charge. NO: 41 105 OF 2011 Pelition under section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the order of First Respondent in Rc. No. 11O112011-H dt. 25.05.2011 appointing the Second Respondent as Person lncharge to manage the affairs of the Third Respondent Society.
