HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.1253 of 2017 ORDER:

The limited prayer with which the petitioner has come up with the above revision is to direct the trial Court to dispose of a Guardian O.P.

2. On 24-03-2017, I ordered notice in the revision. Service of notice is completed. But no appearance for the respondent has been made.

3. Considering the limited nature of the prayer made, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to proceed with the hearing of the Guardian O.P. and dispose it of within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
