Since the facts of the case, parties to the litigation and the issues involved in both these petitions are one and the same, they are being heard and disposed of together. 2.
Transfer C.M.P.No.165 of 2019 is filed by the husband, requesting to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.1161 of 2018 from the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar and transfer the same to the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for trial and disposal, in accordance with law. 3.
Transfer C.M.P.No.243 of 2019 is filed by the wife, requesting to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.1391 of 2017 from the file of the Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and transfer the same to the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar, for trial and disposal, in accordance with law. 4.
Heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and learned counsel for the respondent and perused the record. 5.
A perusal of the material placed on record discloses that both the parties are residing at Hyderabad. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner in Tr.C.M.P.No.243 of 2019 is working at Ameerpet only. Both the matters are at the stage of trial. Further, the place of the Court is not far away from the place of residence of wife. No prejudice or inconvenience will be caused to both the parties if the cases are
not transferred. Under these circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief as sought by the parties. 6.
In the result, both the Transfer CMPs are dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in both these Transfer CMPs, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
