This Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by nonexercise of jurisdiction by the learned XII Additional District Judge, Visakhapatnam in I.A.No.1077 of 2015 in O.S.No.608 of 2015.

At the hearing, Mr. P.Rama Sharana Sarma, learned counsel for the petitioners, submitted that the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, CRPMP.No.5623 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
