This criminal petition is filed for quash of the proceedings in C.C.No.824 of 2012 against the petitioners on the file of the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for parties. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the matter was compromised between the parties and in that regard I.A.No.2 of 2018 is filed.

Learned counsel for respondents does not dispute the contention of petitioners.

Considering the fact that the matter was compromised between the parties, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.824 of 2012 against the petitioners on the file of the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed. Consequently, I.A.No.2 of 2018 is ordered. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
