THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.22967 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, the grievance of the petitioner is in regard to non-issuance of pattadar pass books and title deed books by respondents 2 to 4 to the petitioner in respect of the land of an extent of Acs.4.27 guntas in Survey No.511/A situated at Komatlagudem Revenue Village, Singareni Mandal, Khammam District, after consideration of the representations, dated 18.04.2017, 13.11.2017 and 14.03.2018, submitted by the petitioner in the above regard.

I have heard the submissions of Sri G.R.Sudhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (TG), appearing for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the aforestated representations of the petitioner are considered and disposed of by passing appropriate orders, ends of justice would be met, and therefore, a direction may be given accordingly to respondents 2 to 4 to do the needful in the matter with regard to the request of the petitioner for issuance of pattadar pass books and title deed books in respect of the subject land. Learned Government Pleader submits that, if a direction is given to consider and dispose of the representations, the

needful would be done by the officer concerned of the Government.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the fourth respondent - Tahasildar, Singareni Mandal, to consider and dispose of the representations, dated 18.04.2017, 13.11.2017 and 14.03.2018, of the petitioner in strict accordance with the procedure established by law, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken thereon to the petitioner, within a week thereafter. To enable the fourth respondent to complete the aforestated exercise expeditiously, the petitioner is directed forthwith to submit to the said authority, the copies of the aforestated representations along with necessary documents, if any.
