Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents.

2. It is not in dispute that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.25-03-2015 in W.P.No.7916 of 2015.

Therefore, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the orders of this Court dated 25-03-2015 in W.P.No.7916 of 2015, directing the respondents to receive and process the application of the petitioners for building permission to an extent of 660 sq. yards equivalent to 551.76 sq. meters situated at Akbar Bagh, Malakpet, Hyderabad, in accordance with the provisions of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 and the Building Rules and Regulations made there under, without insisting for production of TSLR Certificate and 'No Objection' certificate from the Revenue authorities. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
