Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. With the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in proposing to assign land in Survey No.308 situated at Deshaipet Village, Warangal Mandal & District, without conducting survey of land in Survey No.306 situated at Deshaipet Village and without complying with the order dated 06.09.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21262 of 2010, as illegal and arbitrary.
The learned counsel for the petitioners mainly submits that pursuant to the order dated 06.09.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21262 of 2010, the petitioners made representations dated 23.09.2010, 31.01.2011, 22.02.2012 and 28.08.2012 to the respondents seeking to conduct survey of land in Survey No.306 of Deshaipet Village, but till date no survey is done. Having regard to the order dated 06.09.2010 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21262 of 2010 and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to dispose of the representation dated 28.08.2012 made by the petitioner seeking to conduct survey of
land in Survey No.306 of Deshaipet Village, Warangal Mandal & District, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Till such time, status-quo obtaining as on today in respect of the land in question shall be maintained. There shall be no order as to costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
