THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICED A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NOS.26280 AND 26291 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER The grievance of the petitioners in these two writ petition is that the respondent - Municipal Authorities, are not accepting their applications for grant of building permissions on the ground that the subject plots falls under unapproved layout and is not recognized within the scheme introduced by the 1st respondent vide G.O.Ms.No.151 Municipal Administration and Urban Development (M1) Department dated 02.11.2015. Learned counsel for the petitioners, as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for the 1st respondent and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2, submitted in consonance that following Memo No.2252/M1/2017 dated 28.04.

2017, this court in identical set of facts and circumstances, in W.P.No.23191 of 2017 dated 24.10.2017, directed the respondents to accept and process the application of the petitioner therein and pass appropriate orders as per law. Learned counsel submits that the said order of the learned Single Judge has become final, as no one has filed any appeal. Learned counsel further submits that the memo issued by 1st respondent dated 28.04.2017, is also not under challenge in any of the writ petitions so far, and following the order passed by the learned single Judge, several other writ petitions have also been disposed of.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel and for the reasons alike as recorded in W.P.No.23191 of 2017 dated 24.10.2017, both the present writ petitions are disposed of directing the 2nd respondent - Municipality, to accept and process the respective applications of the petitioners' herein for grant of building permissions in terms of Memo

No.2252/M1/2017 dated 28.04.2017 issued by the 1st respondent, and pass appropriate orders, as per law.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
