Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petitions reserving liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

Granting such liberty, the writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Interim order dated 29.11.2019 granted in W.P.No.26413 and W.P.No.26476 of 2019 shall stand vacated.
