HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 20817 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the orders dated 21.07.2003 passed by the 4th respondent disengaging the petitioner from service, as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is also sought to the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment as Conductor and pay all the benefits.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the interim orders dated 25.09.2003, the petitioner is being continued in service. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made representations dated 24.07.2003 and 04.08.2003 to the respondent corporation seeking to regularize his services, the same are still pending consideration.

Learned standing counsel for the respondent corporation submits that now the petitioner is working at Sangareddy Depot and his case would be considered for regularization, in accordance with the Rules.

In view the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent corporation to dispose of the representations of the petitioner dated 24.07.2003 and 04.08.2003 and pass appropriate

orders thereon, in accordance with the Rules, within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
