SHANKAR NARAYANA M.A.C.M.A.No.4208 of 2014 JUDGMENT : (per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, is filed by the appellant - Shriram General Insurance Company Limited, aggrieved by the order and decree dated 17.07.2014 in O.P.No.161 of 2012 passed by the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunalcum-VI Additional District Judge, Godavarikhani.

2. During the pendency of the appeal, at request of the learned counsel for parties, the dispute was referred for settlement before Lok Adalat at Hyderabad and accordingly, the matter was settled and an Award dated 03.12.2015 was passed by the Lok Adalat.

3. In view of the said Award, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 03.12.2015 passed by the Lok Adalat. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
