This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner-A1 under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. seeking to grant bail to him in Crime No.1013 of 2015 on the file of Uppal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 239 and 489(A)(B) & (D) IPC. Heard and perused the material available on record. Learned Public Prosecutor opposed this bail application on the ground that the investigation is not yet completed and if the petitioner is released on bail, he may tamper the evidence. In view of the gravity of the offence and in view of the fact that the investigation is in progress, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
