HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.12158 OF 2008 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 1 and 2 in seeking to conduct elections to the 3rd respondent society, without conducting prior elections to the respondent Nos.4 and 5 societies as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the Writ Petition bearing No.11688 of 2008 was filed seeking similar relief was dismissed with respect to the 3rd respondent society. In that view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
