Sri A.Ramakrishna Reddy, learned counsel, addressed a letter dated 29.10.2018 to the Registry stating that the appellant-Insurance Company intends to withdraw the appeal.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing also, the learned counsel seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the appeal. Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The appellant shall deposit the entire compensation amount as awarded by the Motor Accidents' Claims Tribunal (XXII Chief Judge, City Civil Court), Hyderabad, to the credit of O.P. No.77 of 2009 within a period of one month from today. The amounts already deposited shall be given credit. On such deposit, the respondentsclaimants are entitled to withdraw their respective share amounts. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this appeal, if any, shall stand closed.
