HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1929 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved over the action of the V Additional District Judge, East Godavari District, Rajamahendravaram in not disposing of the appeal viz., A.S.No.26 of 2013 early. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

When this Court has expressed a view that this revision petition is not maintainable, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted a direction may be given to the lower appellate Court to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible.

Considering the above submission, the learned V Additional District Judge, East Godavarai, Rajamahendravaram, is directed to dispose of the appeal viz., A.S.No.26 of 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
