Heard Sri G.Sravan Kumar for petitioner.

After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw prayer in I.A.No.381 of 2016 with liberty to file a petition with admitted and contemporaneous signatures of revision petitioner herein for a relief to send the doc ument to Government expert for comparison as the reason for dismissing the application is that the admitted writing/ signature is not available. Keeping in view the above request, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw I.A.No.381 of 2016 with liberty as prayed for.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
