LK,J I.A.No.1 of 2021 This petition is filed seeking to grant extension of time for compliance of the conditions in the order dated 10.12.2021 in Cr.P.No.9091 of 2021 in connection with Cr.No.29 of 2021 of Narayanpet Police Station, Narayanpet District.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner/A2 Mr. K.

Satyanarayana, submits that this Court, by order dated 10.12.2021 in Crl.P.No.9091 of 2021 has granted prearrest bail to the petitioner/A2 and directed that he shall surrender before the concerned police within one week from that date and shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer concerned. Learned counsel submits that after the bail order was passed, learned counsel for the petitioner fell ill and he could not communicate the order to his client, and in view of this communication gap, the petitioner could not surrender before the police within the stipulated time. Learned counsel further submits that this application was filed on 20.12.2021 and hence, one week time may be extended for surrendering before the police by petitioner.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner, one week time from today is granted to petitioner/A2 to surrender before the police as directed by this Court by order dated 10.12.2021 in Crl.P.No.9091 of 2021, and at any cost, no further extension will be granted.

Accordingly, I.A., is ordered.
