Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to avail alternative remedy of filing Revision under Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act'). Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to avail alternative remedy of Revision available under the Act.

Any interim order granted earlier shall stand vacated. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
