HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.32331 OF 2016 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) This Writ Petition is filed seeking a mandamus to declare the action of the 3rd respondent in blocking way bills, and other statutory Forms, relating to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

2. It is the petitioner's case that, ever since September, 2015, the Commercial Tax Web-Site, in so far as the petitioner is concerned, is blocked disabling them from generating e-way bills and other statutory declaration Forms.

3. Sri Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned Special Standing Counsel for Commercial Taxes, on instructions, submits that, pursuant to the letter submitted by the petitioner on 20-09-2016, the respondents have unblocked the petitioner's account; and the petitioner is now free to generate e-way bills and other statutory Forms, from the website of the Commercial Tax Department.

4. Recording the submission of Sri Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned Special Standing Counsel, on instructions and as the cause in the writ petition does not survive, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
