HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.10505 of 2013 ORDER:

Today, despite the matter being listed under the caption " FOR DISMISSAL" , when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on its behalf.

A perusal of the record discloses that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking renewal of tenure to manage the Wakf Property and to that effect, the petitioner has submitted various representations before the respondents. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents would consider the case of the petitioner, in accordance with law, if the petitioner submits fresh representation before the respondents.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation before the respondents seeking renewal of tenure to manage the Wakf Property within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks thereafter. No order as to costs.
